What's the minimum order?
Per garment, per design: tees and long-sleeve tees from just 1 piece; shorts, tank tops and hooded tees 10; polos 20; medals 120; socks 120 pairs; bags 120. Mix sizes, men's/unisex, and women's fits freely. The more you order, the lower the price per piece.
Is design really included?
Yes. Share your idea and any reference images. A real designer will send you a proposal within 48 hours, and you can request as many revisions as you need.
What if I don't like the design?
Request as many revisions as you need. If you're still not satisfied, cancel before approval for a 100% refund. Nothing goes into production until you approve.
How do I send sizes?
You can choose your sizes after placing your order, directly on your order page while we work on your design. Enter quantities for men's/unisex, women's, or kids' fits. Mark them as final when ready; you can edit them anytime before production starts. Detailed measurements are in our Size Guide.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated separately based on your ZIP code and order volume. In the final step of your quote, you can select your preferred shipping speed and see the exact cost before paying. We ship directly from our production plant in Mexico via DHL, FedEx, or UPS to any street address in the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes).
When will it arrive?
Your quote displays the estimated arrival date based on your ZIP code and selected shipping option. We will confirm the exact delivery date in writing once you approve your design.
Which fabric should I pick?
- InterDry (125 g/m² · Piqué knit): Best for races, hot-weather leagues, and big events.
- Mar y Sol (160 g/m² · Smooth knit, no stretch): Ideal for teams that want a substantial, heavier fabric that doesn't cling.
- L-360 (155 g/m² · Smooth stretch knit): Great for running clubs, pickleball, and anyone who wants stretch.
- Pádel Pro (165 g/m² · Micro-perforated stretch knit): Designed for padel and pickleball clubs looking for a premium feel on court.
Are the fabrics really recycled?
Every garment is made from 10 recycled PET bottles. Our yarn is Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified, and our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.
How do I pay?
You can pay with PayPal or any major credit/debit card as a guest. No account required.
Can I order more later?
Yes. Contact us anytime and we’ll reuse your approved design for reorders or new team members.
