Design guarantee and refunds
Nothing is made until you approve the design. If you don't love it, you get your money back.
Before you approve the design
You pay when you place your order. Within 48 hours we send your first design proposal to your order page.
Changes are unlimited: ask for as many as you need. If the design still isn't right for you, cancel before you approve it and we refund 100% of what you paid, to your PayPal account or card.
You can also cancel before your first proposal arrives for a full refund.
Shipping is refunded too whenever your order hasn't shipped yet.
After you approve the design
When you approve a design on your order page, we record the date and time, and your order goes to production. Because every piece is made just for your team, with your design and sizes, approved orders can't be cancelled or returned for a change of mind.
Please check your sizes on your order page before you mark them final. We print exactly what you entered.
If something is wrong with your order
If a piece arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or different from the design you approved, write to ventas@re-cycla.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We remake the affected pieces or refund them.
