What we collect

Your name, email, phone (optional) and shipping address; the design details and files you send us; your team's sizes; and your messages to us.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.

If you sign in to your account, we keep your email, the name you give us and the orders, quotes and designs saved under that email. There are no passwords: we email you a one-time code. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares with us only your name, email address, whether Google has verified that email, and your profile picture. We don't get your Google password, contacts or anything else, and we don't post anything on your behalf.

For your security we keep a record of each sign-in (date, IP address and browser) and email you when there's a new one.

How we use it

To design, make and ship your order, to send you emails about it, and to answer your questions. We don't sell your information.

We may use anonymous visit data (which page you came from, which ad) to know which of our ads work.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember your quote on this device and to know which page or ad brought you here, so we know which of our ads work. You can decline at any time in the cookie notice: we then stop measuring your visit and only keep what's strictly needed for the site to work. To see the notice again, clear this site's data in your browser.

When you sign in, we set one strictly necessary cookie (rc.session_token) that keeps you signed in for up to 90 days. It isn't used for ads or tracking, and it's deleted when you sign out. “Sign out of all devices” in your account ends every session at once.

Your choices

Write to ventas@re-cycla.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to close your account. Files and team sizes are kept only as long as we need them for your order and your reorders.
