Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We make every order in our own plant in Irapuato, Mexico, and send it straight to the address you give us with DHL, FedEx or UPS.

We can't deliver to P.O. Boxes: please give us a street address.

How much it costs

Shipping isn't included in the price per piece. It depends on your ZIP code and on the size and weight of your order, and you see it before you pay: in the last step of your quote you pick from up to three options, from the most affordable to the fastest.

Shipping rates are valid for 72 hours. If yours expired, or if you change the ZIP code when you place your order, we refresh it, and if the price goes up we show you the new one before you pay.

When it arrives

Your quote shows an estimated arrival range: your design (we send the first proposal within 48 hours), production in our plant once you approve it, and the shipping time of the option you picked. We confirm your delivery date in writing when you approve the design.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number and you can follow it from your order page.
